Cornerstones of Care welcomes Clara Anderson Sainte, LCSW/LSCSW to present Moving from Allyship to Action. During this training participants will: establish common language when navigating conversations around race, differentiate between overt and covert racism, and learn the impact of intersectional identities and ways to be supportive of individuals who identify as LGBTQ+.
Throughout the training, participants will learn how to navigate sensitive conversations in an effort to move towards a more inclusive community. This training hopes to enhance your professional practice, values, skills, and knowledge about diversity and inclusion efforts in order to better serve your clients.
You will obtain 3 continuing education credits for this training. A video replay will be available after the training for your review. This course meets the Missouri requirement of devoted continuing education exclusively to explicit or implicit bias, diversity, inclusion, or cultural awareness/competency/humility.
